The WoWV-linked Diagnostic Tools are designed to enable better learning and improve communication amongst teams and individuals. The resources were created to enhance the WoWV learning experience and assist learners to use the TMS suite of Profiles in practical application. Each tool is presented in a questionnaire format and all provide instant feedback for the learner.

eBOOKS

Window on Work Values eBook
Used specifically when working with a Window on Work Values Profile. This eBook explains in detail the eight value types and summarises the research that underpins the Profile. An ideal complement to the Values Alignment report tool.

Linking Leadership
Explores leadership, with a particular emphasis on leading teams. This book explores the Linking Leader Model, describing the three elements of leadership - People Linking, Task Linking and Leadership Linking. When all three levels are successfully implemented, a Linking Leader is created.
