Used specifically when working with the QO2 Profile. This eBook explains the core concepts of the risk orientation model and is the perfect complement to the Project Health Check report tool.

Linking Leadership
Explores leadership, with a particular emphasis on leading teams. This book explores the Linking Leader Model, describing the three elements of leadership - People Linking, Task Linking and Leadership Linking. When all three levels are successfully implemented, a Linking Leader is created.
